After reading this Eat Healthy, Feel Great, by William Sears  in class we learned about Green light, yellow light, and red light foods. We've talked about how we have to stay active, and stay clean, but we also have to eat healthy in order to feel great.

For the next three days you are going to classify, or put into each category the foods you've eaten into either a green, yellow, or red light category.

Before you start this project estimate if you think you will eat more green light, red light, or yellow light foods. Type in your hypothesis below as a response.

Day 1. After day 1 were your predictions correct? did you eat more of one type of food than another? is there anything you would change in your daily diet for tomorrow? Explain and Type in your response below.

Day 2. Are your predictions still correct? Or are you surprised by how many types of food you eat are in a certain category? Explain.

Day 3.Analyze and Discuss what you learned in these three days? Is there anything that surprised you about your diet or was your hypothesis correct?
Draw a diagram to show the class that shows the green light, yellow light, red light foods that you've eaten in the last 3 days.
